How I Can Help
Brainspotting is an incredibly effective treatment for trauma and PTSD that uses one’s field of vision to help individuals overcome traumatic events and reclaim their lives.
Brainspotting helps those who have witnessed a traumatic event and those who have personally experienced trauma such as manipulation, rejection, bullying, and humiliation. Brainspotting helps individuals heal from sexual trauma such as rape, harassment, and abuse. Brainspotting can also be used to enhance creativity, expand performance abilities, and overcome creative blocks.

Therapy is not a quick fix. You will need you to show up and invest in yourself. The greater the effort you put into your personal growth, the more likely you’ll see positive results.
